By visiting topsideinsulationwesthollywood.com or submitting a service request through it, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please leave the site and do not submit a request.
Important notice: These terms include a binding arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver. Both are set out in the Dispute Resolution section below. They affect your legal rights - please read that section carefully.
Dispute resolution
Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood through https://topsideinsulationwesthollywood.com/contact-us/ and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Most problems can be sorted out this way.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of topsideinsulationwesthollywood.com that is not resolved informally will be decided by binding individual arbitration - not in court. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. By agreeing to arbitration, both you and Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood give up the right to sue in court, except as stated below.
Class action waiver. All claims must be brought in an individual capacity only. You and Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood each waive any right to bring a class action, collective action or consolidated action, and waive any class or representative arbitration. The arbitrator has no authority to consolidate claims from more than one person or to preside over any form of class proceeding.
Jury waiver. To the extent any claim proceeds in a court of competent jurisdiction, both you and Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood waive the right to a jury trial.
Small claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may also seek emergency injunctive relief in court to prevent misuse of the site or infringement of intellectual property rights - doing so does not waive the right to arbitrate the underlying claim.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting these terms through https://topsideinsulationwesthollywood.com/contact-us/. Opting out has no effect on any other provision of these terms.
Warranties and coordination remedy
Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood performs no home-service work. We give no warranty - express or implied - on any workmanship, labor, parts or materials supplied in connection with a job.
Any warranty on the work itself comes solely from the independent business that performed it, under whatever terms that business offers. Any parts or materials warranty comes from the manufacturer under the manufacturer’s own terms. Before authorizing work, ask the performing business for its warranty terms in writing.
If you are not satisfied with the work, the only thing Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood will do is act as a go-between: we will contact the business that performed the job and request that it return to the property to address your concern. This is a courtesy coordination effort - it is not a guarantee that the issue will be corrected, that the business will respond, or that any particular outcome will follow. Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood will never itself perform, redo or repair any work.
We do not promise refunds of any amount you paid to the performing business, and nothing here should be read as a commitment that we will make the job right - that responsibility rests with the business that did the work.

- Scraping, crawling or automated harvesting of any content or data from the site.
- Submitting false, fictitious or fraudulent service requests.
- Submitting a phone number that belongs to someone else without that person’s permission.
- Any misuse of the site that interferes with its operation or the experience of other users.
- Using the site in any way that violates applicable federal, state or local law.
Limitation of liability
topsideinsulationwesthollywood.com and the referral service are provided as is and as available. We make no warranty that a business will be available for your request, will contact you, or will produce any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or property damage, arising out of or related to your use of the site or the referral service - even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to topsideinsulationwesthollywood.com or the referral service is capped at one hundred dollars ($100.00) or the amount you actually paid Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood directly in connection with the claim - which is normally nothing - whichever is greater.
This cap applies only to Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood’s own conduct. Responsibility for the quality, safety and outcome of any work performed sits entirely with the independent business that performed it. Nothing in this section limits or affects the liability of any such business for its own acts or omissions.
How our service works

We advertise home services, accept service requests submitted through the site and by phone, and pass those requests to independent local businesses serving West Hollywood, CA and surrounding areas.
Every estimate, repair, installation, service call and job of any kind is performed by our network of licensed independent contractors and partner firms - not by Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood. We do not employ the tradespeople who carry out the work, and we do not direct, supervise or control how they do it.
Scheduling, pricing, materials and the scope of any job are determined solely by the business that accepts the request. Availability is not guaranteed.
Appointments, cancellations and rescheduling
All appointment scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation arrangements are handled directly with the business that accepted your request. That business sets its own notice requirements and any fees it charges for late cancellations.
We ask that you give reasonable advance notice when you need to cancel or reschedule. Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood can pass a cancellation message along to the business on your behalf, but we have no control over that business’s calendar and cannot guarantee how it will respond.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood, its owners, officers, employees and affiliates, and each independent business in our referral network, from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or related to:
- your use of topsideinsulationwesthollywood.com;
- the information you submit, including its accuracy and your authority to provide any phone number you give us;
- your breach of these terms or any applicable law; and
- your dealings or disputes with any business you are referred to.
This obligation survives the end of your use of the site.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, any court proceeding that is permitted under these terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Independent contractors and partner liability
The businesses that perform the work are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, representatives, joint venturers or legal partners of Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood, and we do not control them or their personnel.
Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood is not responsible or liable for any business’s workmanship, the quality, safety or timeliness of its work, its pricing, its licensing or insurance status, the conduct of its employees, or any act, omission, negligence, property damage, personal injury or other loss caused by it.
The agreement for any work is formed directly between you and the business that performs it. Topside Attic Insulation West Hollywood is not a party to that contract. A referral from us is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee of any business’s qualifications or work product. Before authorizing any job, confirm the business’s licensing and insurance and review its written contract. Any dispute about the work itself is between you and that business.
